Diablo Lake (HDR Panorama)

Diablo Lake is a stunningly beautiful, with emerald green colored water, situated 6 miles northeast of Newhalem in Washington state.

The Palouse River runs through a narrow cataract and drops 200 feet to a churning bowl. From there, the current moves swiftly, through a winding gorge of columnar basalt, to its southern end at the mighty Snake River. Photo shot with iPhone 12 Pro Max.

Bonneville Dam

Bonneville Lock & Dam, built and operated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, was the first federal lock and dam on the Columbia and Snake rivers. HDR panorama created from 12 images.
